Courses
CA
Chartered Accountant is a designation given to an accounting professional who has received certification from a statutory body that he/she is qualified to take care of the matters related accounting and taxation of a business, like file tax returns, audit financial statements and business practices, maintaining records of investments, preparing and reviewing financial reports and documents.
The ICAI , conducts CA exams and the three-level course are as follows
- Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
- Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Examination
- Final Examination
CS
Company Secretary (CS) is one of the principal posts in a company. He/she act as a conscience seeker of the company. A certified Company Secretary is hired to handle the legal aspects of a firm. A CS is responsible for complete company’s tax returns, keep records, advise board of directors and ensure that the company complies with legal and statutory regulations.
The programmes imparted by ICSI at three levels are as follows:

CMA
A Cost Accountant is a person who offers to perform or perform services involving the costing or pricing of goods and services or the preparation, verification or certification of cost accounting and related statements. CMAs have knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Management, Internal Controls Risk Management. Cost Management.
